At the heart of VeeVee Biewers is a remarkable group of Biewer Terriers who have shaped the breed’s story in Canada. From foundation dogs who helped gain CKC recognition to champions in the ring and in our hearts, each of them has played a vital role in building a strong, ethical breeding program rooted in health, temperament, and excellence.

Meet Dice, the first Biewer Terrier born and raised right here at home. She’s inherited her lightning-fast speed and boundless enthusiasm from her sire, Tux. Toy-obsessed and fetch-crazed, Dice is always on the move.
Full of spirit, smarts, and joy, Dice brings unmatched energy to everything she does. Whether she’s racing across the yard or mastering new tricks, she’s always eager to please. Our little rocket in a fluffy coat, Dice proudly holds the honor of being our first Biewer Terrier to earn a Trick Dog title.
GiGi – The Foundation Girl
KUSA, BTRA, AKC, & CKC (MCN) Registered/Listed
Born and raised in South Africa, GiGi made the long journey to Canada and changed the future of Biewer Terriers forever! At the time, KUSA was the only accepted registry for the Biewer Terrier at the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC), and GiGi’s registration gave us the opportunity to begin the breed recognition process.
We submitted the official application in 2018, and after a gruelling few years the Biewer Terrier was finally accepted as a listed breed by the CKC in 2023. Without GiGi, none of this would have been possible. Beyond her legacy, GiGi is a sweet, playful girl who adores her humans and lights up every room she’s in.
Tux – The Trailblazer
UKC, BTRA, AKC Registered
Tux came to us from Ukraine and was our very first male Biewer Terrier. He brought his brilliance and charm to agility rings in Canada, earning his first agility title in just two weekends in 2019.
Fast, smart, and full of life, Tux is always ready for action, especially if it involves fetch! He’s a loyal, high-energy companion who never misses a chance to show off his intelligence and speed.
Bentley – The Record Setter

American CH, Canadian GCHB - Exquisite Luxury of VeeVee
Bentley came from a trusted friend in Ontario and was our top show hopeful. Born in 2021, he became the first-ever male CKC Champion, first Grand Champion, and first Grand Champion Bronze for the breed in Canada. He also holds titles in both Canada and the U.S.
Bentley is as sweet as he is striking, a true gentleman who now enjoys his well-earned retirement cuddled up on the couch.
Luna – The Queen of Firsts

Canadian CH, GCH – Dunyasha Zolotaya Imperiya
Named after the luminous moon for her abundance of beautiful white coat, Luna came to us from Ukraine and instantly captured our hearts. Affectionate, sweet, and always ready with kisses, she charms everyone she meets.
In her debut year in the ring, Luna made history, becoming the first CKC Champion, the first Grand Champion female, the first group-placing Biewer Terrier, and the first Toy Specialty Best of Breed winner in Canada. Her groundbreaking accomplishments in the ring are matched only by her gentle soul and loving spirit.
Harley – The Heartthrob

Canadian CH – Triple Crown Made in America of VeeVee
Harley came to us from our friends at Triple Crown in the U.S. and brought with him the perfect blend of charm, playfulness, and affection. Whether he’s curled up beside you or proudly presenting a toy to play fetch, Harley radiates joy.
In 2023, he earned his Canadian Champion title, becoming our third CKC Champion. With his sweet nature and striking presence, Harley is a cherished part of our family and a promising addition to our breeding program.
VeeVee Biewers is a small, home-based preservation breeder devoted to the purebred Biewer Terrier.
Our mission is to uphold the integrity of the Biewer Terrier by breeding only Biewer Terrier to Biewer Terrier. Our foundation dogs come from distinguished German bloodlines, and we have carefully selected breeding dogs from around the world to enhance and preserve the finest qualities of the breed. Every dog in our program undergoes comprehensive health screenings and DNA testing to ensure they are healthy, structurally sound, and true-to-type purebreds.
We are proud founding members of the Biewer Terrier Club of Canada (BTCC), established in 2018 to raise national awareness and appreciation for this exceptional breed. The BTCC is recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) as the official National Breed Club for the Biewer Terrier, a distinction we hold with great pride.
At VeeVee, we are active participants in the dog show community and maintain memberships with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC), the Biewer Terrier Club of America (BTCA) and the Biewer Terrier Club of Canada (BTCC). Our dogs are registered/listed with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC).
